This painting is part of my collection: ”Cocktail of Colours". In this collection, the choice of colours is intuitive. And it only depends on the ability of one colour to emphasise the main features and to prevail over another colour. Mixing different colours creates a wonderful colour cocktail that can take you into a wonderful world of imagination. I like to add as many visual elements as possible to the paintings. I can achieve this with a layer of paint and adding different materials. This creates raised surfaces on the canvas surface that serve two purposes. First, you can feel them when you run your hand over them and second, the raised dots reflect light in different ways.
