The Uneaten Meal

The symbolism of this artwork is based on a true story, returning to Alexandria, Egypt, in 1994, inside a seafood restaurant. The wooden chair, the hand of the oud player, the child, the uneaten seafood meal, the brown suit, the firced handshake , and the smell of the sea are all fragments of a memory. Together, they preserve a moment that time could not erase.
