This painting grew from my fascination with the depth of color and the emotion a single gesture can carry. I wanted to create a space that feels both powerful and contemplative, where movement emerges from stillness. The deep midnight blue invites the eye to wander, while the broad black brushstrokes bring rhythm, intention, and quiet strength. Their encounter creates a dialogue between depth and gesture, structure and spontaneity. For me, this work speaks of the unseen—the emotions, memories, and inner landscapes that cannot always be expressed in words, yet remain deeply present.
