Grounding is part of the series 01. This artwork marked the starting point of an exploration into the colour palette that would later shape the entire series. It became the foundation for a continued study of colour, texture, and movement. Deeply rooted in my journey to find myself again, grounding reflects the connection to the earth, to your own roots and stands for staying true to yourself. about series 01 series 01 grew out of the creation of grounding. During the painting process, a colour palette emerged that I kept returning to. Instead of moving on to a new direction, I chose to explore the same colours through different formats, compositions, and intensities.
