I created this Impressionistic styled digital oil pastels”painting” using my iPad Procreate and chose pen brushes that mimic many oil pastel textures and applications like an artist using real oil pastels on canvas or paper. The effects are quite extraordinary! It was a very relaxing experience creating this artwork and it depicts a serene scene of vibrant purple Dahlias swaying in a breeze. The background blue and pale yellow brushstrokes create movement in this artwork to make the image come alive and tangible. A beautiful image for many room types in a home.
