The painting tells the story of a rain shower after weeks of drought. Nature breathes a sigh of relief. People go outside, even though it’s pouring rain. All the plants glow with fresh green. And the painting itself glistens, as if it had just been washed by the rain. It brings freshness and naturalness into the home. My paintings depict situations and emotions from human life und nature, which I translate into colors, shapes, and movement. I want to show people the depth and richness of human life.
