Hello, I'm Jay Eff.

Born in 1964 in Switzerland. Started photography seriously at the age of 15 with a Nikon FE. Doing lab work in BW from the begining. Moved to digital in the late 90s. Now using mainly a Leica Q3M and a Fuji GFX 100s. I prefer BW to color. I have a medical background, but I am also battling ALS and this may be seen in my pictures. ALS told me one important thing: prepare for the worst but hope for the best. I guess you will see hope and joy even in my darkest pictures. My definition of photography is: « Show what you feel, not what you see ! »
