The Ankh is an ancient Egyptian hieroglyphic symbol used to represent the words "key of life" and, by extension, as a symbol of life itself. It looks like a cross with the loop as the upper part. The Ankh is distinguished from a Celtic or a Christian cross, but the cross symbol existed long before Christianity. This loop symbolizes the womb and the divine feminine, which was deleted by the theological patriarchs who forged the New Testament dogma after Emperor Constantine died in 325 C.E. The Djed pillar symbolizes the spine of Osiris from whence the ka life force flows upward from the root chakra, igniting the higher chakras to the crown. In Egyptian mythology, Isis stands for the fertility goddess or sacred feminine; she is represented by the Ankh through the loop shape. Osiris represents the sacred masculine, and the T-cross of the Ankh symbolizes his gender.
