This activity is truly in my top 3 most pleasurable nurturing, meditativeand healing pastimes. I hope viewers will find some recognition and fun in the sheer aesthetic and wonder of these 'random' items, each of which undoubtably has its own unique story. Flotsam and Jetsam are my words of solace. I chose the wooden box because I found it on a beach in Southold on the Northfork of Long Island at Goldsmith's inlet and the others as well strolling Long Island Sound!
