I hope viewers will get a sense of energy, peace and the ecstasy of plant life as it explodes to life. I chose a very meditative, intentionally formless set oftechniques, materials and composition so that I might almost unconsciously on the piece, adding little bits or adjusting parts of it over the course of a year. I focused on pleasurable circular motions with acrylic paint pens, watered down acrylic paint, and layers of thin matte gel sealant after each layer of work.
