Satan serves and obeys God (2025) is a neo-expressionist mixed-media work that challenges conventional interpretations of spiritual power, authority, and evil. Incorporating found objects; Christian tracts, the piece reflects the my conviction that no force exists outside the sovereignty of God, drawing inspiration from the Book of Job and the testing of faith. Through bold colors, layered symbolism, and raw expressive gestures, the work redirects attention away from fear of evil and toward personal responsibility, faith, and the struggle against sin. Rather than glorifying darkness, it explores divine supremacy and humanity’s tendency to misunderstand the nature of spiritual conflict.
