All my life I have been challenged by intense, sometimes irrational and self-abnegating thought spirals. Yet I have taught myself to see these as useful tangents rather than damning judgments. By noticing all of my thoughts and accepting them, I experienced a sense of joyful acceptance— an epiphany. I hope viewers will enjoy the abstract composition and colors. I chose to use found silver sewing ribbon and shelf liner which I cut out on the basis of color and texture and enjoyed playing with these elements.
