The Chronicles of Transformation (Die Chroniken der Wandlung) explores change as a continuous, multilayered process. Organic forms, flowing lines and fragmented structures intertwine to create a visual world in constant motion. Nothing remains fixed: shapes overlap, dissolve and reappear, suggesting growth, transition and the unpredictable paths through which life develops. The painting reflects the central idea of Veronika Spleiss’s artistic style, Narratio Graphica: the tension of life in all its confusing diversity, expressed through visual storytelling. Rather than presenting a single linear narrative, the work brings together multiple perspectives and simultaneous events. Order and chaos, movement and stillness, emergence and disappearance coexist within the composition. The viewer is invited to wander through this dense visual landscape and discover individual connections, figures and possible stories.
