Hello, I'm Tereza Preisler.

For several years, my artistic practice has focused on the connection between music and visual art. By exploring the principles they share, I have developed my own visual language for translating musical compositions into images. Every artwork is rooted in music, each exploring a different aspect of a specific composition based on my synesthesia. Some pieces reinterpret musical notation through colour and transform it into graphic scores, while others visualize individual musical elements such as melody, rhythm, or dynamics. My work also includes visual interpretations of entire musical compositions, aiming to capture their structure, movement, and emotional atmosphere in a single image.
