Inner Rings IV — Textile Sculpture | Inner Rings Series
Part of the Inner Rings Series A work from this series was exhibited at Arrival Gallery, Brooklyn, New York, June 2026. Inner Rings IV is a hand-formed textile sculpture created from natural wool and wool naturally dyed with black tea. The work explores circular textile forms through the contrast between the softness of the fiber and the structural qualities created through the handmade process. The irregular edges and subtle tonal variations reveal the organic character of the material, creating a delicate balance between surface, texture, and sculptural presence. The interaction between natural and tea-dyed wool enhances the depth of the composition while preserving the lightness and flexibility of the fiber. Designed to be displayed either on the wall or on a tabletop, Inner Rings IV moves between textile artwork and sculptural object.
